Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to check in date and time. That is, by 2pm the day prior to your booking arrival date.  For cancellations received within this time, the full amount for the first cancelled night will be charged.

Group bookings of 5+ rooms are required to pay a deposit of the first night of accommodation for all rooms to confirm the booking. Cancellations must be made 30 days + in advance to get a refund. Group bookings have extended cancellation policies which will be specifically advised at the time the booking is confirmed

Changes to your booking
Changes are permitted up until 2pm Longreach local time within 24 hours prior to arrival. Changes within 24 hours will see first night accommodation fee charged to on file credit card.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Please read these terms and conditions carefully. When you make a booking, you accept on behalf of your party the terms of these booking conditions. It is your responsibility to ensure that all the details on your confirmation documents are correct and to bring to our attention any errors or discrepancies within 48 hours of your booking.

These terms and conditions may be updated from time to time and are subject to change at our complete discretion without further notice to you.

Longreach Motor Inn reserves the right to refuse service and cancel any reservation that does not meet the following terms and conditions.

Please note our rates do vary depending on the time of year, holidays and long weekends.  We ask you to provide credit card details at time of booking or make a deposit by direct bank deposit. We accept Visa, Master Card and AMEX (surcharges apply).  Rates are subject to change.Full payment is required on arrival. And don't forget, to get the best rates, book direct.

You must be at least 18 years old to make a reservation. A valid credit card and photo ID will be required on arrival if requested. All guests and visitors under the age of 18 must be always accompanied by a responsible adult. If a minor, whom is part of your booking or a visitor of yours, is found to be unaccompanied, we may cancel your booking and the full booking amount is forfeited to us.

Guarantee Policy
A valid Credit Card is required at time of booking and a valid Credit Card must be presented at time of check-in, regardless of payment method.

Security Deposit
Where a credit card is not available a $200 cash security deposit will be required on check-in. In the event of damage to the property, equipment, breakages or if extra cleaning is required, this $200 cash security deposit will be retained, or your credit card debited.

Check in and check out times
Check in is from 2pm – 6pm.
Check out time 10am.

Key drop box available if checking out early. An additional fee may be charged if you do not check out by 10am. Early arrivals and late check outs are at the discretion of Management and must be requested at the time of booking. Whilst every effort will be made to accommodate your needs, the only way to ensure early check-in or late check-out is to book an extra night or half day where availability permits.

Free Wifi Access
Longreach Motor Inn offers free fast Wifi to all of our customers and inhouse guests only. We do not make any guarantees in relation to the availability or suitability or the internet services. You acknowledge that we are not liable for any harm, damages or issues arising out of the following, no matter the circumstances:

·      any errors or failures of the internet service;

·      any virus’ transmitted or received in your use of the internet services;

·      the availability of the internet service;

·      any withdrawal, changes or termination of the internet services or your access;

·      the speed at which information may be transmitted or received via the internet;

·      the compatibility of the service with your equipment or software; and/or

·      your use of the internet services.

Your access and use of Wifi is at your own risk. You are solely responsible for protecting your usernames, passwords and security-based information. Longreach Motor Inn is not liable for any loss or damage you may sustain because of using our Wifi.

Saltwater Swimming Pool
Our swimming pool is located at the front of the property. Pool hours are 7am to 9pm. An adult must accompany children under the age of 16. Pool towels are available at reception. No Glassware is permitted in the pool area. Kindly keep valuables under your supervision while in the pool area, management is not liable for loss personal property left at the swimming pool. Guests swim at their own risk, Longreach Motor Inn will not be responsible for any injuries. Pool area is a non smoking area.

One undercover car park is available for each room booked. There is no allocated parking. Height limitation for undercover parking is 2 meters. If you drive a work van, high vehicles or four wheel drives, we suggest you park on the street. We accept no liability for damage, theft and/or loss of guest property, vehicles, or occupants  driven or parked on premises. We accept no liability for damage caused to your vehicle by unforeseeable events such as storm, hailstones, or fire.

Daily room service is available Monday – Saturday. If you do not wish to have your room serviced, please place the ‘Do not Disturb’ sign on your door. We do not offer room cleaning on Sundays or Public Holidays, you are welcome to request fresh suppliers as needed at reception. Guests are required to keep and leave the room in good condition – rooms left in an unreasonable state will incur a cleaning fee of $75 which will be deducted from your deposit or credit card.

No Smoking
We are 100% non-smoking in our rooms, the restaurant, reception, pool area and around reception. If there is physical evidence, or smell which indicates there was smoking in a guest room, a charge of $300 will apply. This charge covers the cost of cleaning the carpet, soft furnishings, and bedding.

Party Policy
We sell sleep – please respect others and be quiet after 9pm and before 7am. A no party policy applies to all guests and visitors. Guests are expected to be always respectful of others and staff. This includes a quiet period from 9pm to 7am. No group congregations in guest rooms is permitted. Immediate eviction with no refund applies to those who choose to be noisy after 9pm.

We are not pet friendly, except for Service Dogs. Your pets may stay in your vehicles by prior arrangement, please discuss with our staff when you make your booking. Any guests who brings a pet into a room will face immediate eviction and a $300 cleaning fee for carpet and any soft furnishings effected. If there is physical evidence, or smell which indicates there was a pet in a guest room, a charge of $300 will apply.

Cooking & Fire
Cooking in guest rooms is strictly forbidden by Qld Health Authorities except for the use of the kettle and toaster provided.  NO CANDLES OR OPEN FLAMES PERMITTED. If there is physical evidence, or smell which indicates there was cooking in a room, a charge of $300 will apply.

Property Damage
Any damage to Longreach Motor Inn property, whether accidental or deliberate, is the responsibility of the guest. Any costs associated with repairs and/or replacement will be charged to the credit card provided.

Lost Keys & Lockouts
Loss of keys will incur a $250 replacement charge. After hours lock out charge is $50.

Lost Property
Longreach Motor Inn assumes no responsibility for lost property. Items left behind shall be returned on request and guest’s expense. Lost property will be held for 30 days.

Changes Beyond our Control
Compensation will not apply if a change or cancellation is made to your booking for reasons beyond our control. These include: health risks including pandemics, industrial disputes, natural disasters, changes due to rescheduling or cancellation of flights or train travel; act of government or public authorities or other circumstances amounting to force majeure and/or Acts of God.

Management Discretion
Management is entitled to exercise discretion and either remove a booking or resell a room in the following instances:

·      If a guest arrives to check-in in an intoxicated or disruptive state

·      Has not confirmed the booking and / or has not provided a valid credit card number within 24 hours of check in.

Group Bookings will be accepted at the discretion of the managers after an assessment has been made as to any likely disruption to other guests.
