Harry’s Restaurant
Our licensed onsite restaurant, Harry’s, is located above reception, with the front door on the roadside of the building. Harry’s is open seasonally for breakfast and dinner. Dinner reservations are essential. Please make a reservation for Harry's Restaurant at reception or call 07 4658 2322. Room service is also available, please have order to reception before 6pm. Air Conditioning
Your room has individual air conditioning for your convenience and comfort. Using the remote control, you can select mode (heat or cool) and temperature to suit your requirements. 24 degrees is optimum for cooling.
Bottled Water, Soft Drinks, Alcohol, Ice Creams & Snacks
Available for purchase at reception.
Check In
Check in is from 2pm. If you require an earlier check in for your next visit, please make enquiries at the time you make your reservation. Fees may apply.
Check Out
Check out is by 10am. Please check at reception and return leave your key. If a later departure time is preferred, please enquire at reception. Fees may apply. If you are leaving before office opening hours, please leave your key in the after-hours key drop box outside reception.
Complimentary Coffee, Tea, Toiletries and Amenities
Complimentary coffee and tea making facilities & toiletries are available in your room. There are also additional blankets, pillows and towels in your room. If you need anything further, please contact us at reception.
Daily room servicing
Please leave beds clear of personal items and any towels you wish to be replaced, on the floor. If you do not wish to have your room serviced, please place the ‘Do not Disturb’ sign on the external handle of your wooden door. Rooms are not serviced on Sundays and public holidays.

Saltwater Swimming Pool & Sauna
Our swimming pool & Sauna is located behind reception. Pool and Sauna hours 7am to 9pm daily. An adult must accompany children under the age of 16. Pool towels are available at reception, please do not use room towels.
BBQ and outdoor dining space
A BBQ with hob is located by the pool. You can BBQ dinner and enjoy an outdoor dining space in the Pool area. Please see reception for BBQ Utensils. Please wash any dishes used and leave this communal space neat and tidy.
Free Airport Shuttle Service
Need a lift to or from the airport? Please book at reception, this service only runs one trip a day and often books out so make sure you book in advance! A once daily service is available to the Stockman’s Hall of Fame and Qantas Founders Museum.
Laundry
Open daily from 7:30am to 8:30pm. We have two guest laundries for your use. Downstairs guest laundry is located between room 52 & 53, upstairs is between room 23 & 24. Washing powder and change can be obtained from reception.

Please ask at reception for information about Longreach, local attractions, tours, shopping and entertainment. There is fabulous Visitor Information Centre in Longreach, at Qantas Park on Eagle Street.
